How Online Scheduling Works
• Selecting a time through the scheduler submits an appointment request, not a confirmed booking.
• Requested time slots remain visible online until approved, so availability may change. A time showing as available does NOT necessarily mean it is available, another request may already be pending for the same time.
• Appointments are confirmed on a first-come basis. If a requested time cannot be approved it is due to scheduling overlap only and is never a reflection of your value as a client.
• Once approved, you will receive an appointment approval notification.
• Appointment Confirmation Policy: A confirmation request is sent 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the confirmation request, 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
If confirmation is not received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, and the client cannot be reached, the appointment will be forfeited and offered to another client on the waitlist.
By selecting a time you agree that appointment requests are not confirmed until approved by the provider and that availability may change due to pending requests and that unconfirmed appointments may be released to clients on the wait list. Please contact me if you have any questions.
