Scheduling Policies
Appointment Requests & Approval
• Selecting a time submits a request. The slot remains visible to others until it is officially approved.
• A card is required to hold your request. It will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs.
• You will receive an approval notification once your appointment is finalized on my calendar.
The Confirmation Process
• You will receive a confirmation request 72 hours before your session.
• Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of that request (at least 48 hours before your appointment time).
• If confirmation is not received 48 hours prior and I cannot reach you, the appointment will be forfeited and offered to the waitlist.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• I kindly request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
• Failure to arrive without any contact (No-Call/No-Show) will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost. In the event that you are using a gift certificate, a no-show will result in the total forfeiture of that certificate’s value for the scheduled session.
