With over 16 years of experience, advanced training in anatomy, and a focus on results-based bodywork, I work with women committed to long-term therapeutic care. My practice is intentionally selective to ensure each client receives the highest level of attention and progress tracking.
About
Trish began her massage therapy career in 2009 at The American and European Massage Clinic in Raleigh, NC, where she studied Russian Medical Massage under Dr. Vladimir Bogatov. Since then, she has worked in a wide range of settings—from sports clinics treating collegiate and professional athletes, to luxury spas—before opening her own private practice in 2011, where she has been proudly self-employed ever since.
While Trish is trained in a variety of massage modalities, her passion lies in therapeutic deep tissue bodywork. Her primary focus is pain relief—not pampering. She specializes in helping clients recover from injury, chronic tension, and postural imbalances, and she’s known for her strong, focused pressure and clinical approach to soft tissue work.
As an intuitive empath, Trish has an innate ability to sense areas of tension and dysfunction within the body—often identifying problem areas her clients didn’t even realize needed attention. This intuition, paired with advanced training, allows her to tailor each session to what your body truly needs.
Most recently, Trish has taken her anatomical knowledge to the next level by working hands-on in a human dissection lab, cutting into cadavers to gain a direct understanding of the muscular and skeletal systems. This isn’t theoretical learning—it’s real, raw, anatomical exploration that gives her an unmatched perspective on how the body actually works beneath the skin.
Trish is a Certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist and Upper Body Specialist, and is also trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Thai Yoga Massage, and more. Her extensive experience includes working with clients navigating everything from pregnancy and cancer recovery to sports performance and autoimmune disorders.
Why I Work Exclusively with Women
My massage practice is intentionally focused on serving women.
This decision comes from a combination of personal experience, professional focus, and a deep respect for the work women do—both in their careers and in their families. Over the years, I’ve found that my style of deep, therapeutic bodywork is not only most appreciated by women, but often most needed by them. Many of my clients are caretakers, business owners, healthcare workers, and mothers—women who carry the weight of their world on their shoulders, often without pause.
By centering my practice around women, I’ve created a space where clients can feel safe, seen, and fully supported—without the discomfort or unease that sometimes comes with working on male clients. This boundary allows me to protect my own peace and provide the best possible care to the women I serve.
I do not accept male clients at this time. This is not a reflection of individual men, but rather a conscious choice that allows me to maintain a space that is aligned with the values and energy of my work.

Policies
At Holistic Healing Massage it is our intention to provide our guests with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating clients.

Payment for Services
Payment for services is due immediately after your session. Cash is preferred but I also accept all major credit cards, CashApp and Venmo.

Gift Certificates
No Longer Available for Purchase.
Holistic Healing Massage no longer sells gift certificates. My work is healthcare-focused and designed for ongoing therapeutic care rather than one-time visits.
Existing Certificates: If you already hold a valid gift certificate, it is still redeemable for the original dollar amount paid, but not for a specific service. Older certificates issued through The Gift Certificate Café may only be redeemed for the dollar amount listed, not the service named.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without proper notice, your gift certificate will be considered redeemed as a no-show fee.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be used by the person whose name appears on the certificate unless otherwise approved in advance.

Appointment Requests
Appointments can be requested over the phone or via our online request form.

Same day appointments and/or walk-ins are never available.

We know your time is valuable and we always do our best to stay on schedule.

Sickness
If you are sick please reschedule your appointment within 24 hours if possible. If you have an upcoming appointment and are not feeling well please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to fill the appointment time.

Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and you may need to reschedule an appointment. We are happy to accommodate our clients who do not abuse this courtesy. Please try to give 24 hours notice so that the appointment time can be filled.

Cancellations & “No-shows”
We ask for 24-hours advance notice should cancellation of an appointment be necessary. There is no charge for cancellations.
No-showing for an appointment will result in the following fees:

Clients will be charged 100% of the price for the scheduled service.

Repeat offenders of our no-show policy will be banned and no longer permitting to book with the business.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late to an appointment are expected to pay the full amount of the price for the scheduled service. The appointment time may also have to be modified so that the therapist can continue to be on time for following appointments.

Inappropriate Behavior
Holistic Healing Massage maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding any form of inappropriate speech or behavior, including verbal, physical, or sexual. Sessions provided by Holistic Healing Massage therapists are strictly ethical and therapeutic. Improper behavior will not be tolerated. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session. Offenders will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment and will not be rescheduled.
