To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following policies:
Appointments & Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping into the next client’s scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Repeat offenses may result in a restriction from future bookings.
Inappropriate Behavior
Blissful Serenity Massage maintains a professional and safe environment at all times. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, full payment will still be required, and future services will be refused.
Scope of Practice
Megan is a licensed massage therapist providing relaxation and stress-relief bodywork. She does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have health concerns, please consult with your physician prior to booking.
Payment & Gift Certificates
Payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, and valid gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of the appointment.
